Returns for a Refund
Products returned for a refund must be returned within 14 days of delivery and in brand new and re-sellable condition, and contain all original parts and packaging. You will have to incur the return shipping costs.
Returns for a Replacement Item
Products returned for a replacement item must be returned within 14 days of delivery and in brand new and re-sellable condition, and contain all original parts and packaging. You will have to incur the return shipping costs, but we will send out another replacement product at not cost to you.
Defective products returned for a replacement item must be returned within 7 days of delivery and contain all original parts and packaging. TaybacCraft will pay to have the items shipped back and will send out a new, functioning item for products that are defective on arrival and do not work properly out of the box.
Shipping Mistakes and Shipping Damage
In the event that we send you an incorrect product, or fail to ship your entire order, we will swiftly remedy the mistake at no cost to you. Additionally, we will work with you in the event your item is damaged by a freight company to quickly get you a replacement at no cost to you.
